The Closing Process

Closing Requirements:

Seller:
  • Please provide us with the name and phone number of you current mortgage lien holder and your loan number for payoff purposes, if any.
     
  • Please fill out our payoff letter.
     
  • Please bring your driver's license or valid U.S. government picture ID to the closing for identification purposes.
 Buyer:
  • Frontier Title will need the name and phone number of your lender and homeowner's insurance agent.
     
  • A cashier's check payable to Frontier Title Company, LLC. or a wire transfer will be required at closing.  Your amount due will be available prior to closing.
     
  • If using wire transfers, please contact us for wiring instructions.
     
  • Please bring your driver's license or valid U.S. government picture ID to the closing for identification purposes.
